We are a partner of the EGYM-Wellpass sports and wellness network. For a monthly fee of 15 euros, the doors to sports facilities, swimming pools and therapy centres are open to you. Many courses are free of charge. Or you can benefit from special conditions - including for wellbeing programmes such as sauna, meditation or Pilates.
The Wellpass is not only valid in Quickborn, but throughout Germany - during the week, at weekends and even on holiday.

Our company is based in Quickborn - just a few minutes away from Hamburg. The town is located in the district of Pinneberg. It belongs to Schleswig-Holstein, the real north. You can reach SMB via the A7 motorway between Hamburg and Neumünster (A7 slip road: Quickborn-Heide) or the B4 main road, for example. A large company car park is available. You can get to Quickborn by train via the AKN railway line. There are also several buses from the Hamburg public transport network to Schleswig-Holstein. And our city is continuously expanding its cycle paths - perfect for travelling by bike.
Your monthly salary is based on the pay scales of the metal and electrical industry. We pay you 12.5 salaries per year.
You can work full-time or part-time with us. Depending on the position and department, we also offer flexitime - so you can decide for yourself when you start and finish work. We also welcome mini-jobbers and working students. We would be happy to inform you about the different working models in the individual departments at SMB and find the right model to suit your everyday life!
If you work on machines in our industrial departments or are currently installing intralogistics components, it is difficult to do this at home. But where and when it is possible, we enable you to work from home. It is best to clarify your options directly with your department manager.
Compensation is important. At MBA, we therefore offer you more holiday days than required by law. With a 5-day week, your holiday entitlement is 30 days a year.

Anyone who recommends or refers another employee to MBA will be rewarded with 500 euros.
